Lot 7 has been sold and closed. Buyer had Tri-State Drilling dig a well and located a good supply of potable water at less than 60 feet.

Lots 4, 5, 8, 9 have been approved by the municipal approving authorities with access By a Public Right of Way/Privately Maintained Roadway.

The significance of that approval allows that legal access to those home sites can be gained by a privately maintained road that does not have to be upgraded to public road Standards but the maintenance of that private roadway to be provided by the lot owners.

Lot 6 has access from Page Road and also has an existing private gas well. The royalties from that private well are shared proportionately by all the lot owners but the "free gas" provision of the gas lease only applies to Lot 6.
