Gas National Fuel Gas has installed a gas line on the property along the easement located approximatly at the rear lot line of parcels 1-6. Gas is available to Lot owners from National Fuel Gas at Buyer's expense.

Soil and Septic Approval Finding

Based on soil and percolation tests, the following permits may be issued for the proposed lots of Seneca Farms. The lots in Phase II are further subject to approval of Venango Township and governmental requirements for FINAL plot approval.

Permits are subject to approval of the Erie County Health Department of the design of the particular system based upon the residence being served by the septic system and the payment of the required application fees.
